Squeaky Pro Services started in 2014 with one van and one job. End-of-tenancy cleans for the student rentals around Withington and Fallowfield. The work was good. The letting agents kept calling. And every call ended the same way: "…and could you also paint over the marks in the hallway?" "…and tidy up the garden?" "…and clear what they left behind?"

That's how the bundle was born. Today Squeaky handles the whole job between tenants for landlords and letting agencies across Greater Manchester. Cleaning, clearance, painting, maintenance, gardens, and the photo evidence packs that win deposit disputes. One team, one invoice, one phone call.

Carmen runs the company. Eleven years cleaning at hotels, serviced apartments and student halls set the bar. Every Squeaky job is checked against the standard a hotel inspector would use, because that's the standard Carmen was trained on.
